We come to you, we help plan your event, promote your event, and do all the work! We provide the rides, games, concessions, and expertise you need to make your event safe, enjoyable, successful, and memorable.

Remember, there is a minimal charge for labor. Rentals are FREE! We sell tickets for our rides, games, and treats, (did we mention WE DO ALL THE WORK,) and when your event is over, We Pay YOU!!!

ABOUT OUR FREE EVENTS

What we refer to as "Free Events" are events that we do at or below cost. as with all
businesses Playtime has operating expense and overhead.

Fuel Cost
Rent
Insurance

Utilities
Taxes
Advertising
Insurance
and Labor

Office Expenses
Equipment Cost
Equipment Repairs
Insurance

In our paid or "Flat fee events", all of these are included in our price. ... In our "Free Events", you pay only for the labor. Ah-Ha!, You may be thinking - that's the catch! It's really not free - I have to pay for the labor! ... However:

Playtime delivers the equipment Free!
Playtime sets up the equipment Free!
Playtime lets you use the equipment Free!
Playtime picks up the equipment Free!

Unless we sell enough tickets to offset our cost of gasoline, advertising, equipment, vehicles, and many numerous other expenses (to many to list) THERE IS NO PROFIT! ... No Profit = FREE as for the catch,.. there is no catch!. as for labor cost - for Your convenience a list of our fees is listed below.

Event Planners Fees:
$150 Event Fee
$25 Per Inflatable Fee
$25 Per Game
$25 Per Concession

Event Specialists Fees *
$60 per 3hr Event Person Specialist
$12 per ad on hr Specialist
* Some Inflatables require more then one Event Specialist

All Fees will be listed on your contract - No surprises!

All are designed to promote the growth of Playtime Inflatables & Amusements, and to make money for the client!

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:
The event planner (sometimes the owners) meet with you to discuss your purposed event.
After agreement is made on which plan is best for you, a contract proposal is set up. This proposal specifies the type of event plan, equipment needed, and the amount of your deposit. It also guarantees you the availability of the equipment on the event date/s requested. This booking date reservation is for a specified time that will be started on your Contract Proposal Date. All you need to do is return the signed proposal and deposit check by the specified date and we do the rest.

We offer these Marketing Plans:

PLAN 1:
-You pay a low flat fee.
- You sell the tickets.
- You keep all the money.

PLAN 2:
- Up to a 50% flat fee Discount.
- We sell the tickets.
- We pay you 20% of the gross receipts.

PLAN 3: *
- Up to 70% flat fee discount.
- We sell the tickets
- We pay you 10% of the gross receipts.

* You pay only the minimal fees as specified under "Event Planners Fees" and "Event Specialists Fees"
NOTE - FEE PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 25% when date is agreed upon. 75% upon arrival at your event.
