DAMAGE and CLEANING POLICY:
Parents are responsible for any damages that occur from
improper usage of the Inflatable and/or damage from neglect
of proper supervision. It is understood that normal wear and
tear damage is a different subject and NOT the
responsibility of the renter. If food, drink, toys, or other
items have soiled or damaged the inside of the Inflatable,
then a cleaning charge of not less than $50 will be charged.
If SILLY STRING is allowed to be used on or in a Inflatable,
permanent damage WILL occur to the Inflatable and the renter
may be responsible for the replacement cost of the
Inflatable.
Liability / Injury
Policy:
The Renter assumes all liability while Inflatable is located
on Renters personal private property. If the Inflatable is
set up in a Park or other Public Area the renter assumes
responsibility for liability and injuries that occur in or
around the Inflatable.
CHECK LIST:
[ ] Plan a fairly level grassy spot if possible, away from
house and other obstructions.
[ ] Remove and clean ALL Dog Piles, Inflatables will NOT be
set up in unsanitary conditions.
[ ] Be sure area is free of fire ants, Inflatables will not
be set up on infested areas.
[ ] Be sure there is overhead clearance.
[ ] Bounce houses need an electrical source with in 80 feet.
[ ] Keep all unnecessary electric wires and cables away from
the Castles
[ ] Turn off all sprinklers including under ground
sprinklers.
[ ] Provide water for thirsty bouncers to drink outside of
the Inflatables.
[ ] Plan a food, drink and snack area a safe distance away
from the Inflatable.
[ ] Keep all party toys such as 'silly string' and other
toys away from Inflatables.
[ ] Adult supervision of all children is required at all
times.
Inflatables Operating
Instructions And User Agreement .
The following rules must be read, understood and adhered to
during the Rental Period.
- The Inflatable must never be operated without Adult
Supervision ! ! !
1. Location chosen must be relatively flat, and a smooth
surface
approximately 18 x 18 (concrete, pavement, grass, NO GRAVEL
PLEASE), free from any overhead or side obstructions and
less than 80
feet from a grounded 110 volt electrical outlet on a
dedicated 20 amp
circuit.
2. Always separate children by age groups, if only one unit
is being
operated for a large party. This may be accomplished by
forming
separate lines and posting signs designating height or age
groups. An
adult should always supervise the unit. The attendant must
stand at the
entrance of the unit and watch the children. He or She must
help them,
especially small ones, in and out of the unit. Never exceed
the capacity
of the unit.
3. The maximum number of participants (unit capacity), based
on groups of children separated by age are:

4. No one should enter an air-inflated unit wearing shoes,
or possessing any sharp objects, including anything in the
pockets or attached to clothing.
5. Absolutely NO Food, drink, gum or silly string inside the
Inflatable. Silly String WILL Damage the Inflatable and you
will be responsible for damages.
6. Do not allow climbing on Unit or netting of equipment by
persons inside or outside of the Inflatable.
7. Do not jump on inflatable step area of Unit.
8. Do not put water inside of Inflatable.
9. Do not allow food, drinks, confetti or trash of any kind
in Inflatable.
10. No one should engage in horseplay, rough or aggressive
behavior, flips, stunts, wrestling or any other behavior
that could lead to physical injury.
11. No one should touch or move the blower assembly, untie
the air hoses or disconnect the electricity after the air
inflated bounce unit is up and in use.
12. STOP the children from bouncing and have them exit the
bouncer if: winds exceed 25 miles per hour, or if it starts
raining. Turn the blower motor off after the children exit
and wait for the weather to subside. Turn the blower back on
and dry it off with towels if it is wet.
13. Blowers run continuously when unit is in use. Be certain
that all release vents are kept tied in the closed position
during operation. If air pressure seems low, determine if
the air supply chute (from blower to unit) is straight,
without bends, and securely tied around the neck of the
blower.
14. If the blower stops, remove children from the unit,
determine if the cord is plugged in, then, if necessary,
check the electrical panel box for a tripped circuit breaker
or blown fuse.
15. If sudden severe weather or extremely high winds occur,
remove children from the unit, disconnect the blower, allow
the unit to deflate and do not resume operation until
conditions improve.
16. Playtime Inflatables is not responsible for any
accidents or injuries. It is the renters responsibility to
control, operate and supervise all activities in and around
the Inflatable.
17. Inflatable Unit will be anchored to the ground at all
times with rope tied to stakes or sandbags and should never
be untied.
