YOU BRING THE
KIDS, WE BRING THE FUN!
This should answer most of
your questions and get you ready to host our PlayTime Event.
If you have never rented from us before, it’s really very
easy. There are only a couple of things you need to know and
prepare for before our arrival.
Call Us Early We are booking from 4 to 6 weeks in advance.
In order to guarantee you the exact equipment that you want
for your event, you need to move on your decision as soon as
possible. The preferred way to make a reservation is to
review our inventory of bouncers, make a selection, and call
us at 864-235-1140. Equipment is booked in the order they
are received, so book as soon as possible. We will confirm
your reservation, guarantee your equipment provide you with
any other recommendations to make your party a smashing
success!
Provided a Location We need a flat level parcel of land to
set the unit on. Review the specifications needed on the
equipment of choice. We prefer to setup on grass but we will
setup on concrete or other surface as your needs require. We
will need to know this in advance in order to prepare and
setup in time for you event.
Provide Adequate Continuous Power We need to have you locate
a circuit that is not being used by any other appliance. Our
blowers pull from 7 to 18 amps. You should locate circuits
that have high amp rating indicated on the circuit breaker.
The blowers operate continuously and run on about 6.9 amps
but upon startup may require up to 15 amps. We want all kids
to have uninterrupted fun throughout the party and for
safety the circuit should be within 100 feet of the rear of
the setup area. If you do not have a circuit that will
accommodate such high electricity, we can provide you a
generator for an additional fee.
Plan to Provide Responsible Supervision We ask that you plan
in advance to have a volunteer who will be able to supervise
the children. Our insurance requires that the leasing party
of the inflatable equipment be someone responsible to
enforce the rules and guidelines. Historically, most
accidents reported from users have been attributable to the
two basic guidelines: (1) Do not exceed maximum capacity by
age limit, number of kids, combine unmatched players of
differing age groups. We want everyone to have a safe and
enjoyable time on our equipment.
Define the Time of Your Event We charge by the event and
need to know when it begins and when it will end, and noting
this in the rental agreement. We typically plan for one hour
setup to make sure you are happy with with our service and
equipment. We require access to the premises early to
complete our work. We also need to agree upon a time after
the event and show up at the conclusion of the party, we are
not usually welcomed by the kids in the same manner as when
we arrived - they usually want more time in the unit. We
will solicit your support in having the children vacate our
equipment at the agreed upon pick up time.
Make all Necessary Arrangements If you are holding your
event in a park, community center, you will need to make all
the necessary arrangements with the facility authority
before we arrive. |
