The lessee or
using party shall be in charge of operations and is fully
responsible of unit after receiving unit. Lessee must
furnish ADULT OPERATOR TO OPERATE EACH UNIT UNLESS SUCH
OPERATOR IS REQUESTED AND FURNISHED BY PlayTime Inflatables.
PlayTime Inflatables is not responsible for any injuries
occurring to lessee or to any persons using leased property,
and lessee further agrees to hold PlayTime Inflatables
harmless against any injury or loss incurred or any claims.
The lessee shall be indemnified for any cost incurred due to
claims from anyone or any attorney fees and related costs
involving the use and return of these rented products,
should legal action become necessary. Lessee further agrees
to return rented equipment in like condition as when rented
and assumes full responsibility for damage sustained by any
rented product.
If payment for rental product is by check and check is
returned unpaid, the check plus $15.00 service fee must be
paid in cash when notified. If payment is not received
within five (5) days of notification at above address, the
check will be turned over to an attorney for collection with
a minimum additional charge of $150.00 plus court cost.
GENERAL RULES:
Units must be operated over a smooth, compatible
surface such as grass or hard top surface. Units must not be
operated on rough surfaces such as rocks, bricks, glass or
any jagged objects. Units must not operate next to any wall,
pole, or fixed object.
ALL PERSONS MUST REMOVE SHOES, EYEGLASSES, JEWELRY, AND
SHARP OBJECTS BEFORE PLAYING ON UNIT. NO HARD CASTS OR
PERSONS WITH VISIBLE INJURY MAY PLAY ON UNITS. NO GUM, FOOD,
OR DRINK ALLOWED IN UNITS.
Children of the same size should play on the unit at
the same time. NO FLIPS OR EXCESSIVE ROUGH PLAY ALLOWED.
UNITS MUST BE SUPERVISED BY ADULTS! |
