Weather is beyond our control!!!
If severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.)
exist during the term of your rental agreement; PlayTime
Inflatables reserves the right to cancel your reservation
due to severe weather.
Prior to the term of your agreement, we will make every
effort to reschedule your rental based on available dates
and times or move the location of your event if you have a
suitable location available to you.
SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL ONLY BE DETERMINED ON THE
RENTAL DATE
IF SEVERE WEATHER OCCURS once the equipment is setup, NO
DISCOUNTS WILL BE AVAILABLE. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
DURING BAD WEATHER. Once the EQUIPMENT IS set up, you are
obligated to compensate R&A Amusements for the full amount
of your rental agreement. If R&A Amusements arrives at your
location and you decide that the weather is unsuitable, you
will be responsible for reasonable fuel charges. We reserve
the right to pick the unit up early in bad weather
conditions |
